that's kind of exactly it, bro, yeah. each event is based on someone's memories. so, like alphys--one time wonderland transformed into a copy of her lab in hotland, yeah? and we all got stuck in there. the only warning we get is from the wonderlanders who are...actually from wonderland. but they're kinda kooky. always talking in riddles, never giving a clear answer. it's a real pain.
